FH and familial hyperaldosteronism: If England had been able to increase the number of FH positive relatives identified per index case to 2.12 (Norway), 2.51 (Netherlands) or 3.24 (Northern Ireland) across the period of the LTP then by 2024 the proportion of the population with FH detected would be 7.76%, 8.24% or 9.14%, respectively (see Fig 3).
