To determine whether TXNIP is associated with hematopoietic malignancies, we further analyzed TXNIP expression in the bone marrow (BM) and peripheral blood (PB) samples from normal healthy donors and patients with different types of myeloproliferative diseases, including CML and acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
