TP53 and atherosclerosis: Next, we performed KEGG enrichment analysis on these 10 genes and obtained 10 significantly correlated pathways, namely, p53 signaling pathway, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, apoptosis, lipid and atherosclerosis, Parkinson disease, prion disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Alzheimer disease, colorectal cancer, and glucagon signaling pathway.
