Unc5b is involved in many biological processes, including neural development (Boyé et al., 2022), angiogenesis (Potente et al., 2011), tumor processes (Kong et al., 2016), and the occurrence of post-stress depression (Zeng et al., 2017), so we next examined Unc5b RNA 5hmC modification as a representative target gene of the Tet2–Upf1 complex. This evidence concerns the gene UPF1 and neoplasm.
