The results showed that age [odds ratio (OR) = 1.051, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.001–1.103, p = 0.045], history of hypertension (OR = 0.32, 95% CI: 0.108–0.948, p = 0.040), hyperlipidemia (OR = 5.533, 95% CI: 1.573–19.471, p = 0.008), smoking (OR = 4.148, 95% CI: 1.506–11.422, p = 0.006), YKL-40 (OR = 1.079, 95% CI: 1.033–1.128, p = 0.001), MMP-9 (OR = 1.029, 95% CI: 1.012–1.046, p = 0.001), and integrated indicator (OR = 9.566, 95% CI: 3.665 ~ 24.966, p < 0.01) were all risk factors for positive remodelling.
