As a result, comparing with normal tissues, TMEM88 was significantly decreased in bladder cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, colon cancer, rectum cancer, kidney chromophobe cancer, kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma, NSCLC, prostate cancer, and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (Figure 1A). The gene discussed is TMEM88; the disease is urinary bladder carcinoma.
