Some biomarkers (such as CD3 and CD4) and the colocalization of immune cells (such as the colocalization of CD8 and CD163, or tumor cells and CD3/CD4/CD8) showed a significant association with patient survival, which revealed the prognostic value of the tumor microenvironment and the potential application of image registration to breast cancer prognostics. The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is breast carcinoma.
