The phosphorylation of Stat3 and Jak2 was clearly elevated in A549-CisR cells and A549-CisR spheroids, whereas there were Figures 4(a) and 4(b), suggesting that the activated Stat3 and Jak2 also participated in the regulation of CSC formation induced by cisplatin in lung cancer cells. This evidence concerns the gene STAT3 and lung carcinoma.
