A recent study showed that ATG16L1 plays an important regulatory role in AML autophagy [18], so we detected its expression and found that compared with the ctrls group, overexpression of PSMA3-AS1 could significantly promote the mRNA and protein expression of ATG16L1 (Figure 3c,d, P < 0.05). Here, ATG16L1 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
