ALB and exocrine pancreatic insufficiency: Nutritional indicators, such as the BMI, serum albumin level, and total cholesterol level, were significantly decreased but remained within the normal range, and fecal elastase did not decrease to less than 200 μg/g, which indicates pancreatic exocrine insufficiency, and the pancreatic exocrine function in the first year after surgery was not decreased enough to be judged as pancreatic insufficiency.
