Positive correlations were identified in all three tumor types (colon cancer: R = 0.438, p = 0.007, Figure 6J, Figure S6A, Supporting Information; ccRCC: R = 0.445, p < 0.0001, Figure 6K, Figure S6B, Supporting Information; chordoma: R = 0.516, p < 0.0001, Figure 6L, Figure S6C, Supporting Information), indicating the clinical relevance between FLCN phosphorylation and mTORC1 activity. This evidence concerns the gene FLCN and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
