MKI67 and osteosarcoma: Since Ki‐67 is a large multivalent intrinsically disordered protein (Andrés‐Sánchez et al, 2022; Yamazaki et al, 2022), it could provide a platform for the binding of numerous chromatin‐related factors involved in regulating chromatin organisation, which is consistent with its interactions identified in human osteosarcoma cells (Sobecki et al, 2016).
