Because oxidative stress in nerve cells has been linked to malignant phenotypes such as tumor transformation, cell cycle dysregulation, and angiogenesis, GO and KEGG enrichment analyses were conducted for the six closely related oxidative stress co-expressed genes of FOXD3-AS1 to elucidate the potential mechanism of FOXD3-AS1 affecting glioma pathogenesis and prognosis.
