In patients having both wild‐type and mutational TP53, we evaluated 547 (30.9%) cases of CRC, 381 (21.5%) cases of GC, 155 (8.8%) cases of sarcoma, and 125 (7.1%) cases of cholangiocarcinoma (CCC), and 99 (5.6%) cases of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) (Figure S1). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
