TP53 mutation was most frequently observed in CRC (440/547, 80.4%), followed by gall bladder cancer (GBCA) (27/35, 77.1%), PDAC (71/99, 71.7%), urothelial cancer of the bladder (UCB) (38/65, 58.5%), hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) (21/36, 58.3%), and GC (218/381, 57.2%), whereas only 5.4% (5/92) of melanomas and 21.3% (33/155) of sarcomas harbored TP53 mutations (Figure 1B). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is gastric cancer.
