Further, mRNA microarray analysis of overexpressed UCA1 in EC109 cells revealed that abnormal expression of UCA1 also inhibited the Wnt signaling pathway [41].These findings indicated the potential of UCA1 as a biomarker and its effect on suppressing the pathogenesis and progression of esophageal cancer in vitro and in vivo.
