According to Timer, we found that GPR176 mRNA was more highly expressed in cholangiocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, esophageal carcinoma, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma, and gastric adenocarcinoma than in normal tissues (p < 0.05, Fig. 1A), while it was expressed at lower levels in invasive breast carcinoma, glioblastoma multiforme, kidney chromophobe, kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (p < 0.05, Fig. 1A). This evidence concerns the gene GPR176 and invasive breast carcinoma.
