TP53 and neoplasm: In Figure 10B, the correlation heatmap showed that the low-risk subtype was mainly enriched in metabolic-related functions and pathways (including taurine and hypotaurine metabolism, fatty acid metabolism, glycerophospholipid metabolism and alpha linolenic acid metabolism), while the high-risk subtype was mainly enriched in tumor-related pathways and functions (for instance, p53 signaling pathway, nucleotide excision repair, homologous recombination, DNA replication, mismatch repair, cell cycle and small cell lung cancer).
