In this study, we observed a lower proportion of naïve CD4+ T cells in HBV-HCC patients and HBV-LC compared with healthy controls, which may be related to HBV infection and liver disease status, and persistent antigenic stimulation leads to differentiation of CD4+ T cells, which may be related to the occurrence and development of tumors. The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is laryngotracheoesophageal cleft.
