ENTPD3 and osteogenesis imperfecta: The aforementioned gaps in our knowledge do not invalidate the putative clinical impact of our findings concerning the therapeutic benefit of NTPDase3 gene silencing and/or enzymatic inhibition to increase bone formation in Pm women, as well as in other situations where bone destruction exceeds bone formation (e.g. osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteogenesis imperfecta, fracture mal-union).
