We found that the patients with non-fibrosis, fibrosis and cirrhosis with HBsAg were > 0.4 IU/mL and that the levels of TET3 were significantly higher than those with HBsAg < 0.4 IU/mL, which was positively correlated (r = 0.63, P < 0.0001) with serum TET3 levels (Fig. 2A,C). Here, TET3 is linked to Cirrhosis.
