TET3-FIB-4 index cut-off value of 0.44 had a high PPV of 93.50% for ruling in patients with liver fibrosis. We took whether there was hepatitis B virus infection as the cause, and perform ROC curve analysis on chronic hepatitis B patients, found that the AUROC values of TET3 when used to predict the risk of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B was 0.852 (95% CI 0.771–0.913; P < 0.0001; Fig. 3 supplementary). The gene discussed is TET3; the disease is Hepatic fibrosis.
