More importantly, upregulated CTNNB1 has been documented as an oncogene signature in triple-negative breast cancer accompanied by the inactivation of SMARCA4, an ATPase subunit of the SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex [13], suggesting the potential implication of CTNNB1 in chromatin remodeling in tumorigenesis. Here, CTNNB1 is linked to triple-negative breast carcinoma.
