Since LPS participates in the priming process by activating the TLR‐signaling molecule to initiate the NF–kB pathway22 and Aβ oligomers as activators to activate the expression of NLRP3 protein and the synthesis of the inflammasome, we used BV2 cells incubated with LPS followed by Aβ1‐42 oligomers to regulate the expression of NLRP3 and to simulate AD inflammation conditions. This evidence concerns the gene NLRP3 and Alzheimer disease.
