Furthermore, many key components of the Notch1 signaling pathway in T‐ALL cells, such as Notch1, Hes1, Hey1, and NICD, were proven to be upregulated significantly when they were cocultured with AD compared with those cultured alone or with BMSC (Figure 3D,E), suggesting that adipocytes protected T‐ALL by activating the Notch1 signaling pathway.
