Cases showing upregulation of B2M (Figure 4A, P = 0.01), C1QB (Figure 4B, P = 6.4 × 10−3), C2 (Figure 4C, P = 0.002), CD14 (Figure 4D, P = 2.0 × 10−3), FCER1G (Figure 4E, P = 0.006), FCGR3A (Figure 4F, P = 6.8 × 10−3), RTP4 (Figure 4G, P = 0.03), SLC7A7 (Figure 4H, P = 0.02) are also represented. This evidence concerns the gene CD14 and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
