The two groups of patients with endometrial cancer have comparable age range (on average 63.7 years old for Low TRIM28 group, 70 years old for High TRIM28 group, respectively), and so do the patients with prostate cancer (on average 59 years old for High TRIM28 group and 56 years old for Low TRIM28 group, respectively) and ovarian cancer (on average 63.7 years old for Low TRIM28 group, 60.3 years old for High TRIM28 group, respectively)(Supplementary Figure S16). The gene discussed is TRIM28; the disease is prostate carcinoma.
