In the 1L setting, patients with KRAS G12C–positive cancer treated with CIT alone demonstrated numerical, but not statistically significant, longer OS (median, 30.2 months; 95% CI, 14.5-not reached [NR]) vs patients with KRAS WT cancer (median, 10.6 months; 95% CI, 7.9–15.6; adjusted hazard ratio [aHR], 0.77; 95% CI, 0.48–1.26; p = 0.30) (Fig. 3A).
