Individuals with a sedentary lifestyle and physical inactivity can potentially be more prone to the occurrence of IR and insulin-related diseases such as type 2 diabetes, MetS, and HTN because the lower level of physical activity is potentially linked to increased inflammation, increased insulin insensitivity, improper effect on body weight and increase adiposity, and decrease the use of energy in various body organs, so it consequently can increase insulin metabolism-related disorders42–44.
