Apolipoprotein B (OR: 1.255, 95% CI: 1.027–1.535, P = 0.027) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) (OR: 1.354, 95% CI: 1.060–1.731, P = 0.016) were also correlated with an elevated risk of cholelithiasis. This evidence concerns the gene APOB and cholelithiasis.
