Finally, in the qRT-PCR assay, hsa-miR-129-5p was significantly lowly expressed in tumorous PC tissues compared to that in normal controls, and AL049555.1 was significantly highly expressed in tumorous PC tissues obtained from patients compared with that in normal controls (Figure S3), which shows the ncRNAs (hsa-miR-129-5p and AL049555.1) play the pivotal roles in tumorigenesis and progression of PC, and may be considered to have abilities to regulate the expression of FAM83A.
