IFI30 and prostate carcinoma: Interestingly, the AUC of this risk model was greater than that of the model for which only the Gleason score was considered, whether at 1, 3, 5 or 10 years (Figures 4F, G), suggesting that NCF1 and IFI30 can refine the abilities of prognostic prediction by using the Gleason score alone, which has been the most well-accepted and strongest prognostic predictive tool in prostate cancer.
