Methylenetetrahydrofolate cyclohydrolase (MTHFD2) is a potential oncogene because it is closely associated with poor prognosis and high levels of immune infiltration in BLCA (Zhu et al., 2022), while the expression of HAVCR2 is closely related to MTHFD2. This evidence concerns the gene HAVCR2 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
