Zhang et al. (2019) reported that memory B cells played a role in tumor-killing in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and high infiltration of memory B cells in HCC indicates a good prognosis. Therefore, our study is consistent with previous studies, memory B cells, eosinophils, and resting CD4+ T cells are related to the antitumoral immune response in the TME, which might be associated with a good prognosis of patients with CRC in the low-risk group. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and colorectal carcinoma.
