SLC7A11 and cervical carcinoma: Wu, P. et al. showed that the circEPSTI1-miR-375/409-3P/515-5p-SLC7A11 axis affects the proliferation of cervical cancer via the competing endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs) mechanism, and circEPSTI1 silence promotes the ferroptosis process mediated by SLC7A11 (Wu et al., 2021b).
