The results showed that the AUC value of serum SIRT1 expression combined with uterine artery hemodynamic parameters (AUC = 0.956) was higher than that of serum SIRT1 expression (AUC = 0.941) and the uterine artery hemodynamic flow velocity peak-to-trough ratio (AUC = 0.910) (Figure 8), suggesting that serum SIRT1 expression combined with uterine artery hemodynamic parameters has a high diagnostic value for fetal growth restriction in preeclampsia. This evidence concerns the gene SIRT1 and preeclampsia.
