ESR1 and constipation disorder: A total of 33 active ingredients (including naringenin, aromadendrin, and cordycepin) in peach blossoms were identified, which might play a role in the treatment of constipation by regulating signaling pathways through targeted genes such as EGFR, VEGFA, ESR1, GSTP1 and PTGS2, which reflects the characteristic of “multi-ingredient-multi-target-multi-pathway” therapy.
