Compared with normal controls, PIK3C2A expression was significantly lower in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), kidney chromophobe (KICH), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), thyroid carcinoma (THCA), and (UCEC) (Figure 1A). The gene discussed is PIK3C2A; the disease is invasive breast carcinoma.
