Compared with normal controls, PIK3C2A expression was significantly lower in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), kidney chromophobe (KICH), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), thyroid carcinoma (THCA), and (UCEC) (Figure 1A). Here, PIK3C2A is linked to bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
