The results displayed that genes DLAT (HR =1.71, p =0.003), PDHA1 (HR =1.42, p =0.046), GLS (HR =1.49, p =0.023), and CDKN2A (HR =1.78, p =0.001) had prominent prognostic significance in HCC, and patients with high expression of these four genes exhibited shorter survival (Figures 1C–F). This evidence concerns the gene DLAT and hepatocellular carcinoma.
