IFNG and tuberculosis: The results showed that IFN-γ and L% were more effective than other indicators in aiding the diagnosis of active or inactive TB, with an AUC of 0.946 and a cut-off point of 0.26 for IFN-γ, and an AUC of 0.894 and a cut-off point of 20.95 for L% (Figure 5A).
