We identified the protein, UBAP2L, whose expression levels remained stable, but had decreased phosphorylation levels in PCK1-OE CRC cells; therefore, we analyzed the UBAP2L Ser 445, Ser 454, Ser 467, and Ser477 phosphorylation sites, according to the positions of the modifications in the peptide and phosphorylation site probability. This evidence concerns the gene PCK1 and colorectal carcinoma.
