CD4 and neoplasm: As a result of the analysis of CNIH4 expression and immune cells, it was found that CNIH4 was positively correlated with immunosuppressive cells (M2 macrophages, R = 0.48), but negatively correlated with anti‐tumor cells (CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, B cells, NK cells, and M1 macrophages; R = ‐0.44, R = −0.19, R = −0.17, R = −0.50, R = −0.42, respectively), suggesting its role in the antitumor immunity.
