In this research, we found that RhoC could negatively regulate BCL6 through reducing enrichment of H3K27 acetylation on its promoter, suggesting that the low expression of BCL6 and its tumor inhibiting effect were regulated by the RNF180/RhoC pathway, which was also elucidated to significantly mediate the proliferation and metastasis of GC cells in our previous investigation [21]. This evidence concerns the gene RHOC and gastric cancer.
