We firstly assessed the level of RBM14 in various types of tumor tissues by Tumor Immune Estimation Resource (TIMER, cistrome.shinyapps.io/timer) database and found that RBM14 expression was significantly increased in BLCA, CESC, CHOL, COAD, HNSC, LICH, LUAD, LUSC, PRAD, READ, and STAD (Fig. 1A). Here, RBM14 is linked to bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
