Our study detected a positive association between the TSEN54 expression level and CD276, CTLA4, PDCD1, etc. It is speculated that the high expression of TSEN54 is probably engaged in the immune escape process of HCC cells, which, on the other hand, provides more possibilities for the application of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI). This evidence concerns the gene TSEN54 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
