ARHGAP39 and hepatocellular carcinoma: In conclusion, based on the bioinformatics analysis method, we identified the important value of ARHGAP39 for prognosis assessment of hepatocellular carcinoma patients and, for the first time, elucidated the possible involvement of ARHGAP39 in important biological processes and functions such as cell cycle, immune infiltration, m6A modification, and drug resistance, providing a potential biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis of HCC patients.
