YKT6 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Previous researches have shown that YKT6 has emerged as a critical protein implicated in multitudes of trafficking events.[2,22] Recently studies have also revealed that YKT6 has been involved in the progression of several cancers, including NSCLC, HCC, PAAD, BRCA, and OSCC.[8–13] It remains to be answered that whether YKT6 can play an important role in the progression of different types of cancers via certain common molecular mechanisms.
