Across clusters, cluster 4 had the highest proportion of NF events with adverse medical complications (> 39% hypotension, > 30% impaired respiratory function), with relatively high antibiotic modifications (44.5%) compared with other clusters, median Hb level and platelet count in the lower end of the range limits, and abnormal median inflammatory biomarkers values indicating of systemic severe bacterial sepsis. This evidence concerns the gene GSTM1 and bacterial infectious disease with sepsis.
