To test the CLL sensitivity to the Bcl-2 antagonists BGB-11417 and venetoclax after CD40L/APRIL/BAFF stimulation, we treated unstimulated or stimulated CLL cells with physiologically relevant concentrations (1–10,000 nM) of BGB-11417 or venetoclax for 24 h, a time-point at which the viability of unstimulated CLL cells was less affected by spontaneous apoptosis (see Fig. 2b).
