AGXT and wheat allergic reaction: The results showed that the prevalence of wheat allergy for sIgE positive (0.97% (95%CI: 0.43–2.20%)) was the highest, followed by SRPD wheat allergy (0.70% (95% CI: 0.18–1.22%)), SR wheat allergy (0.63% (95% CI: 0.43–0.87%)), SPT positive (0.22% (95% CI: 0.07–0.65%)), and wheat allergy confirmed by FC (0.02% (95% CI: 0–0.05%)).
