For every 1 mg/dL increase in serum magnesium, depression score reduction was greater in the subgroup with CRP levels ≥ 5 mg/L (0.56 in the crude model, 0.54 in Model 1, 0.50 in Model 2) than in the subgroup with CRP levels ≥ 3 mg/L (0.46 in the crude model, 0.41 in Model 1, 0.38 in Model 2) (Figure 1).
