GPT and steatosis: We found that the body weight, BMI, WC, body fat percentage, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, AST, ALT, AST/ALT ratio, uric acid, cholesterol, triglyceride, HbA1C, and HOMA-IR were significantly elevated as steatosis grades worsen from no steatosis to severe steatosis, and CT-1 (S0: 624.67 ± 1245.38, S1: 235.40 ± 879.51, S2: 162.17 ± 394.31, S3: 129.74 ± 324.28; p = 0.018 for trend) and HDL-C was significantly decreased.
